FIT OPS BOOTCAMP

Designed to break you down, then build you back up. TTG's signature high-intensity interval training bootcamp!  Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Plyo Boxes, Balls, Sandbags, Battle Ropes-all the training implements come out to test your physical fitness and mental toughness. Have no fear, all experience levels welcome. We are here to meet you where you are and show you where you can go!.  


BOXING

The perfect class to get shredded. TTG's Boxing class employs basic boxing skills and techniques to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance.  Blast away fat and stress hitting the bag!


KICKBOXING

Cardio Conditioning in it's most fun, fat-burning form! TTG's Kickboxing class teaches basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Western-style boxing skills and combinations for a total body blast, increasing your endurance while you learn how to generate speed and power! 


COMBAT TRX

TTG's Combat TRX class is uniquely structured to combine TRX suspension body weight exercises and striking skills on the bag in order to build endurance, strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. 


R.E.D. WOD

On Friday's, get into the fight as we honor our military service men and women with a "Remember Everyone Deployed" Workout of The Day. A FIT OPS style workout where you are encouraged to wear red, ran by USMC veteran Coach AJ! We put Brute Force's Programming and Sandbags to use to get you battle ready. OOH –RAH!

This takes it up to a whole new level. This is 1 on 1 attention with your trainer. Personal training is one-on-one instruction that incorporates functional movement screenings, goal-setting and health education. Following a fitness assessment. I will design a challenging workout routine specifically designed for your individual need. We are here to instruct you on proper lifting techniques, introduce you to exercises that target your specific goals and motivate you towards your full potential.
